Service Description

Meet at my place or yours for your customized yoga and meditation. Then we build a healthy meal together and eat while discussing your journey. Follow up time is your choice of walking in nature, more yoga or meditation, or another activity in your area. There are no limits to your creativity. Please provide additional funds for travel if I come to you.
